A functional vase that creates a visual comparison between materials. The color fade in the glass creates a transition from translucent to solid. This is in relation to the treatment of the metal with how flowing and graceful it is even though it is made out of steel. This piece is a materiel study in how similar the glass and metal can be depending on how they are created.
